These kits are the easiest way for beginners to produce high quality Chainmail with the shortest learning curve.
You can expect to spend several hours customizing your pliers and then a few more knitting your first couple of hundred rings but most people are assembling 300 to 500 rings an hour by their second or third day.
All kits include a sheet of samples of all the rings I have available as well as printed instructions
